How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days within Europe. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free across Europe. Express delivery is available on request and will incur additional charges.
What is your return policy?
If you are not in love with your bag, return it within 15 days of delivery. The bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us at info@maisonrevelle.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Return shipping is on us.
How do I exchange my bag for a different style?
Email us at info@maisonrevelle.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the exchange and ship your new bag as soon as we receive your return.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once we receive your returned bag, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How do I care for my leather bag?
- Store in the provided dust bag when not in use
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
- Apply a leather conditioner every 6 to 12 months to maintain suppleness
- Avoid overloading to help the bag retain its shape
Is my bag water-resistant?
Full-grain leather has natural water-resistant properties but is not waterproof. Light rain will not harm your bag. If it gets wet, pat it dry gently with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Never use heat or direct sunlight to dry leather.
Do you have physical stores?
Maison Revelle is exclusively online. This allows us to keep pricing honest by removing retail overhead entirely.
